Whats a Good DVD Cover app (accurate size)

i bought this app at a cheap shop in our town, it was called DVD AND CD Printing Kit Printfit
i lost the DVD, but had made a backup, then i dropped an External HDD that had my Cover printing app on and now im stuck now in the past my DVD covers used to come out the proper spot on size
i use Epson Print CD if i need to print a disc ive tried a few in the past but the DVD cover was too short or too big for the box (i just mean the old usual size DVD (not slim or bluray or nothing)
i never bother with discs , i watch mine or pass them to friends on a USB to watch but its Xmas and ive been asked to do a few by my brother-in-law
so PLEASE can anyone recommend a good DVD cover printing app that will run on Windows 7/8
