winrar is the way to go
But keep in mind that compressing mp3’s or any other lossy audio file types (AC3, wma,…) or video files like Xvid/MP4/… will not help a lot.

but i want to compress 2 types of files (game files & movies) and winrar compress this types as normal for all types
so i need a higher one

You are not going to get much compression out of the movie files as they are already compressed..
After compressing them you will get almost same size of the compressed file and the non compressed file..

put a movie in a folder then compress the movie, once done delete the movie from the folder
go up a level and compress the folder that contain the compressed files
double compression takes less space, but double compression takes more time
*nothing is free
ps: you could also change winrar compression from normal to hi

For games you might reduce them a bit as the big files in the games use some type of compression..

If they have not already been compressed, then you might get a fair amount of compression with game files..
