Using Dedicated Server With 3G Network

Hi,
I have 3G Internet stick. i have unlimited plan which has FUP at 5GB. After 5GB limit, speed will decreased to 128kbps (i.e 16KBPS). I read it somewhere that we can use faster VPN server using TCP/UDP port to uncap this 128kbps speed & revert it to normal 3G speed 21mbps. But every users on internet using this trick, as this VPN servers are filling with free users, sooner or later ISP person monitoring such servers will block free connections. Leaving trick to be blocked again.
Now here is my question, I have my own dedicated server (5 public IP), which has 3TB/month bandwith, 100mbps. Is it possible to set VPN server for my 3G plan to my own dedicated server in config setting of 3G software (see below)? Or it’s not possible. My intention here is that I need to increase cap limit after my 5GB. [ISP Name Here]

If this is possible what parameters should I put in above configuration? If my dedicated server need to reconfigure like FTP settings, port open etc. Please let me know. note: I have tested FTP from server with cap limit. It won’t increase speed. [/code]

I,m not sure you could do that with your dedicated server .. but here is a Premium VPN service..
