Uploading Media

Alright so I download a T.V show from a torrent then went to rapidshare to upload it so I can share it to people. As it’s uploading it doesn’t upload. It stays at 0%. What am I doing wrong.
Does the file size has to be less then 200 MB? Because I’m uploading a show more then that
I just want to know how to upload stuff because I can’t seem to.
If you are a free user I think 200 MB is the limit…
