TROJAN HELP!

I got NFS HP and the launcher contained a trojan and well I got a random .exe in my temp files. KIS managed to deleted some but There one called ppi.exe It said its detected it but ever time I click disinfect it seems to say random crack.exe is now normal where would you like to resort. I’m running a scan with KIS and Malawarebytes
I’ve also just scanned CCleaner to clean all TEMP files and Broken Regs

when you do the virus scans make sure you are doing this in safe mode.

I think it is just a trojan and any (Security software+Today update )can remove it
I advise you to use ( Avira Premium Security Suite )
