tranfer whole outlook express accounts to Outlook 2013

I have an old computer with windows XP and using outlook express for multiple e-mail accounts. I’m switching to a new computer using Windows 7 and Outlook 2013.
What is the best way for me to seamlessly transfer all the accounts, contacts, old e-mails from outlook express to Outlook 2013?
