[SOLVED]Sampling Movies

Is there any way to just download one part of a rar file and extract somehow to actually see what the quality of the movie is like without having to download the whole thing?
Someones just up’d a movie with small screens, called it a DVD rip and im not too sure. I have limited bandwidth and dont want to waste a movie on a cam.

Yup….Download the 1st part and then just before it shows the “You need Part 2 to extract it” PAUSE IT…
and then open the file and view it…[I use BS player…may work on other stuff too]
