[SOLVED]Help. iPhone contacts deleted.

When I was trying to back up an iphone on my computer which I did. I noticed that in the Info tab, beside contacts there were written “synced over air” so wasn’t sure if it did back up also the contacts. I read on the internet that I must disable the iCloud thing from the iphone, which I did, but I still got the same message. So one of my idiotic moments appeared and I clicked on delete iCloud account. It deleted all the contacts, and when I tried to restore the back up, no contacts were found.
The iphone is not mine, it belongs to a very important person. Please help.

Login with their iCloud account, if he uses that his contacts should be synced and be restored to his iPhone when you login with their iCloud account.

I was worrying that I could have deleted the iCloud account, but it seems you can’t do that. (at least not from your phone)
