[SOLVED]Getting Premier Manager 98+99 to work

i always wanted to play premier manager 98 and 99 again but i cant get them to work.
i tried different compatibility modes and looked google for help but nothing. or maybe i did overlooked something.
this is what it says when i try to play it.

this is my system
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition, 64-bit (Build Service Pack 16001)
AMD Phenom(tm) 8650 Triple-Core Processor 2.30 GHz
4GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4350 2.1GB
Directx 10
if anyone knows how to get them to work let me know.

You can try running it in a XP virtualbox.

thx , will try that out later. do you know when i remove the xp partition and delete the program that the space and virtual ram go’s back automatic? i dont really have knowledge of these programs so i wanna be sure that its safe to delete the program and that i get everything back.

The virtual OS will only use the assigned amount of ram when it is working. The space taken is permanent (whether you are running the virtual OS at the time or not) until you delete the virtual os. Think of it as a software, it takes place and uses resources while it is working.
