Skip Read/Write on bad sectors

I have some huge data on my lappy’s HDD and I want to move it to portable drive.
So as question says how can I skip those bad sectors from writing more data on lappys hdd temporary and avoid damage?
Its urgent thanks in advance
Not sure that can be done…
Why not use HDD Regenerator..Fix all the bad sectors then copy your data..
