Yep, cookies are your problem.
Safelinking has been banned in certain places You can check it out by [ on windows ]
1. Go to run type cmd
2. type ipconfig /flushdns
3. ping safelinking.net
If it says safelinking.net cannot be found. Then more than likely it is being actively blocked. Also just incase you are courious what flushdns does – it essentially removes the precache of dns map to a website. Just incase the precache was pointing to an older server.

I tried flushing my dns but it didnt resolve the issue. Maybe its banned in my country
