Run programs on the cloud or someone else’s server?

My question is this:
Lets say I have this program (stealthbot)… is it possible to keep this program running on the cloud or my university’s computing services? so that it is on 24/7? even if i shutdown my computer?

If you can install it and run it on the server, then yes.
