Removing language files from ISO

kk guys I need some help so let me explain.
Well I wanna know if there is any way to remove some language files from game ISO – I wanna remove everything except english files on new games since most of new games are nowdays released with german, french, spanish and I don’t need it – I wanna be able to burn the game on DVD5 so I can save a few bucks

You can just delete the languages by using ultraiso and saving the ISO…But probably it won’t work as you might have to edit the msi file so you don’t get any errors while installing…
