dont touch iphone, dont get taken in by advertising.
get an n8. it has dolby surround, hdmi, usb on the go, can actually multitask(double lol), far better battery life, better call quality, better sound quality for music, better screen, better bluetooth, better data speeds, more powerful processor, assisted GPS, Secondary Camera, Micro SD, Micro SDHC slot, 720p recording fm transmitter etc ect. oh and n8 has best camera of any phone.
iphone has nothing but endless crappy apps and if you buy one, you are just buying for the name and have been sucked in by the hype without actually looking into it

my brother picked up and Orange Monte Carlo aka ZTE skate, sim free for £120 and he got free Angle and Curve headphones.
If you do buy it i would recommend a root and change of rom (stock roms are bulky)

I forgot to mention the Monte Carlo comes preloaded with android 2.2, but you can change the firmware easily. Check out MoDaCo for more info
