Origin Sale

Yes i know this topic may seem stupid i just wanted to make sure before i make a purchase .I already own battlefield 3 and there is origin sale lasting untill tomorrow .There is Battlefield 3 premium for 19.99 pounds and battlefield 3 premium edition .Since i own it which i have to download ? I dont want another battlefield 3 account ijust want to upgrade mine to premium .I guess its the one 19.99 But can someone check it out for me ,i just want to make sure .

Yes i know this topic may seem stupid
it is
just buy the premium and you suddenly can play on premium servers. i think it also includes all DLC for the game too.
i havent bought any DLC tho as i havent played it in a long time.
