Nokia 1320 Sad Smiley – Advice

When I turn on a Nokia 1320 it produces a sad smiley face. I have tried some sort of Windows Nokia Recovery Tool and it said Access Denied Verify Creditials or something like that. What would be the easiest way to try and fix this phone if at all possible?

Seeing as where you are, maybe it got cold and underheated
