lag game online

my ping always high when someone views videos online ( like youtube ), is there anyway to prevent this, maybe a program that can set limits to its connection when surfing?

If you have a poor internet service, and you use it while playing online games it’s normal that you start lagging. A stream movie is like downloading a file, and that makes you lag. I don’t know if there is any tip of app that can set limits to that, but maybe someone does.
