Is there any chance to bypass a ban with LAN?

I’m connected to a University LAN and the administration banned rs.com so I was wondering if there’s any way of bypassing this ban.

Proxy. Although since it’s a university, I’m pretty sure they have strict policies. I would stay away from messing with them.

The University wants to provide education not . Is what you’d want to download really worth the risk? Good luck
