I have bought a domain name and webhost and I want to rip some websites to be used, how do I rip websites?
Also how do I apply it to my website?

You do realize you can get sued if the original owner finds out you stole their design, Right?
Also, You can’t rip PHP as it’s only read on the server side!
If you put some effort to it, You could make a fairly decent design yourself! PHP/Javascript/HTML
knowledge is not a must! There are plenty of free CMS/Forum systems you could use (and these quite often have a lot of customization available, Like different Addons/Themes/Widgets and such)
