How to Reset my Notebook

Hi guys, I want to reset my Toshiba Notebook to it original factory settings, but i do not have any discs, how do I do this without needing a disk, im running vista.
Any help would be much appreciated!

There may be a partition that you can boot from to do this…if not, you may be able to burn discs from your OS. If you can’t do either of those, you’re stuck reinstalling Windows.
