How to change/replace color in Videos?Is there any software?

Friends,
please help me to know about the software which can change or replace a color in a video? My computer has 256mb ram only,so please let me know if there is any software for this other than adobe premier,after effects type big software.
In detail,i have a video where i wear blue color shirt,but i want to change it to another color.So any chance to change the entire video?

i’m not sure but maybe adobe premiere pro or power director pro (not old version) can do this, also sony vegas

Try VirtualDubMod with ColorMill plugin. It lets you change the basic brightness, contrast, saturation and also RGB channels.

The ideal software for you would be AVISynth with the correct plugin such as tweakcolor. Then you can re-encode to video and the memory usage shouldn’t be that high as AVISynth is very small. However pinpointing a shirt in a video is quite difficult, especially if there are other things of a similar colour. To do that will require some testing and I suggest AvsPMod so you can see the result as you test.
AVISynth isn’t point and click so don’t expect it to be easy, however it is very powerful.
