how do i get pm epl football games on a box?

Can someone tell me how do you get all English EPL pm games a box that enables you to watch via a channel that has it on.(bein sports) As the streams are poor quality on several websites.
Does anyone know what boxes are best and how they operate using a box with a satellite dish and what channels are received?
