How can I figure out which RS server is fastest for me?

I noticed that whenever I download something off of rapidshare that you can choose different servers.
All of the servers have different speeds.
Sometimes I’ll get 60
Sometimes I’ll get 180+
How can I tell which server is the fastest for me?

Win+R > cmd > tracert ~ Dead file host ~
Check the path that your packets travel through.

I would also like to know cause I have sometimes downloading from it at 60kb and I should be on more like 250kb per second
