Hosting Service for rs2rs (private) – Need advice

I wanna buy a server, mainly for rs2rs (private) hosting but for other things, too.
Atm I own a vServer at a crappy german host, I want to change to another one.
I am about to buy a RPS from OVH, but before that I wanna get some advices from you, maybe you know a better one?
Offshore would be nice.
And I am willing to pay for it^^
Hm, post already on third page, nobody got an advice for me?
Guess I will go for OVH then !
