HI i really need help with convertxtodvd video_tsfolder!

heres the problem. I have a backup of a movie i want to burn and i have two folders AUDIO_TS and Video_TS when i use convertxtodvd i use burn an already converted project option. It burns it and pops out no problem. Then when i put it in my panasonic blu-ray dvd player it says it can’t read the disc not compataible? i even of the burning specification on convertxtdodvd set on NTSC America? so whats the problem why will it not play on my dvd player? by the way i’m using a DVD + RW rewritable disc if that makes a difference? help appreciated.

You sure your Blu Ray player is capable of playing DVD+RWs?
Have you tried it in a different DVD player?

you try a non-rewritable DVD ?
the files are in the Video_TS folder, right ?

burn it again on the same disc, i had this this problem with dvd players, when you have a new dvdrw it wont read it in a dvd player, try this.

Another thing you can try is the give the burnt disk a good clean with glass cleaner.
Spray some on and then polish it clean and dry with a soft cloth..
Also make sure your burning speed is half or a bit less than half of the max speed of the disk.

Hi i had the same type of problem i downloaded a concert and it was as you said a video-ts and a audio ts. all i did is add each file from the video ts folder one at a time into convertX and burnt it as you do normally ie i click on convert and it came out as propper dvd no probs
