Help moving a wordpress to a new server with db only

I was managing a website http://sharz.net
now the domain expired but i had a nice blog in that before the domain got expired i had taken a sql back up now i bought a new domain if i import the sql file in myphpadmin it shows the link of old blogs url so searching in google i came across this idea to replace the url by opening the sql file in a txt doc and importing it again.
it worked for some extenet i can view the data but the links in the url shows the link for the old website only.

if any expert who can solve this problem i can part my rs account with them
