Downloading something with MegaShares/dl manager, index.php?

I rightclicked the download button and hit download with free download manager
the filename (it’s still downloading) is index.php what is this? what happens when the file is done downloading?
I tried to do the same, and got the exact same problem, the filename is index.php, what`s the deal?
