Change Windows SID

Hi,
i need to know if there is any way or method to change windows SID.
Is it different to MAC Address ?

This will do it but it will also delete all your user accounts, That’s the only method I know of. Its not something that’s designed to be easily changed.

There is not a reliably/safe way to change the SID for Win.7

There is a very, very ugly solution but this is the nicer thing. There is also sysprep.
If you can, you should elaborate the situation. In the majority of cases there is no need to alter the SID. The issue get usually resolved by altering other things…
