Answer #6
Thanks for the help..
Answer #7
do they not give you business cards for free or are you trying to change the style of the business cards they have given you?
even though you are trying to get business cards which might help the business grow in the long run, they need to approve it. its possible that they only want certain people within the company to have business cards (regardless of whether you are getting them on your own)
so yes. ask first
Answer #8
ask the company themselves. we cant do anything for this thread apart from tell u to ask them.
Answer #9
Using a company logo or name , against they will can lead you in trouble , even if you are an employer. You would still use a logo\name that wouldn’t be intended for what you are doing.
Answer #10
I use the logos of other organisations in a newsletter that I publish, I always ask them first. I have never found one that has said no, but some are specific in the sizes that can only be used.
If it’s for a business card, for work use, then your firm should supply them – if you want the layout changed, ask them, but more than likely they will want to print them.
*EDIT – I do have some personalised business cards, with logo’s of various organisations on, but asked them before hand, one wanted to see a layout first before approval.
