Burning Wii games

Ok so I download a wii game and I use ImgBurn to write to a disc.
Here’s my question do I just install BannerBOMB and it will work? Do I even need to softmod it with BannerBOMB?
Another question since I’m burning games does it matter if it’s USA or PAL or can the two be used?

1) you need to mod it softmod/hardmod
2) if softmod you will need a loader (usb/DVD backup)
3)after modded PAL/NTSC doesn’t really matter you can change the setting in the loader
*also must be DVD-R discs and burnt at lowest settings

Yeah I was softmodding with Bannerbomb, downloading the software to memory card have adaptor for it then just load it on the Wii.
I know I need DVD-R and burned at lowest level. Thanks anyways.
So that’s really all I need to do?
