OK so i need your help guys i wanna get a vpn service money is not the issue I just need someone to tell me wich vpn service provider is the best?
Answer #1
HideMyAss! has the fastest network around for most people though you’ll need to try a few for yourself to see which provider can give you the fastest speeds. I only got a 10Mbps connection at home so I opt for cheaper options like PrivateInternetAccess ($39.99 per year).
Answer #2
I have used this place for years with no problems,
www.vpn4all.com
I haven’t tried the PIA site -paroxysM^ has suggested above, but I looked at it the other week, and is reasonable, not sure what the speeds are like though.

Read the reviews on this site:
http://www.start-vpn.com/
This article could be useful too:

And always check the provider’s privacy policy before signing up.

I assume you haven’t heard about this:

HMA are a bunch of liars and don’t give a crap about your privacy,Despite their claims.
According to section Section 2.1.2.1 of their privacy policy,Located here:
http://vpn.hidemyass.com/vpncontrol/legal.html
They claim the following:
What data we collect: We will store a time stamp and IP address when you connect and disconnect to our Site. We do not store details of, or monitor, web traffic data for each VPN session, including but not limited to, details of website URL's you have visited or the protocols you have used.
Lies!

To be perfectly honest almost all of the services listed on the link you’ve posted keep logs. When fortune 500 companies and the FBI/CIA come knocking on your door it’s only a matter of time before they break. PIA doesn’t keep any logs as far as I know. If you’re doing extremely dodgy activity on a VPN you should be using an offshore provider in the first place. Here’s a list of trusted providers.

There are different of types of logging tho and each provider chooses which one to go with,Logging your IP & Time that
you connected/disconnected is not the same as logging your traffic as well,Anyways the providers on my 2nd link
are more solid in this regards.

You may have something there,But your kinda missing the point,Yes the user that got busted did some illegal stuff,But that’s not
what I’m talking about here,HMA guaranteed privacy and failed to deliver,That’s what really matters,A VPN service that lies to it’s
users should not be trusted.

HideMyAss! claims this in their privacy policy.

Why we need this data: We do this so that we can monitor the performance of our Site, for example it enables us to sort server nodes by the amount of Users connected, to limit your account to one concurrent IP address per VPN connection (to prevent abuse and shared accounts), resource analytics (to carry out usage graphing for administrative purposes). We reserve the right to store this data on our system for up to two years unless we are required, for legal reasons or under exceptional circumstances, to retain this data for an extended period.

and here’s an excerpt from VyprVPNs PP
How Golden Frog Uses Collected Information From VyprVPN Sessions:
This data is maintained for use with billing, troubleshooting, service offering evaluation, TOS issues, AUP issues, and for handling crimes performed over the service. It’s pretty much more or less the same for all top tier VPN providers based in countries that doesn’t support net neutrality. Their privacy policy explicitly states that they could use the information against you if it ever came to that.
Answer #7
I have used their service
www.strongvpn.com
i thinks it is not bad
Answer #8
I use RealVPN because it’s free.
I get 10mb/s↓ – 1mb/s↑ (I have 35mb/s↓ 3mb/s↑ via direct connection), which isn’t bad considering that it’s free.
I only use it for browsing sites which have banned my IP though.
