Best Partitioning Software?

I would like to know which Partitioning software out there is the best? I’ve tried Norton and Paragon, but interested in other opinions for making a FAT32 from NTFS to install Win2k.

well am not sure about the best but heres a partioning software thats totally free i’ve used its ok i suppose does the job hope it helps

FAT32 from NTFS to install Win2k.
think win2k can use NTFS, was the 1st OS to do so I think
and either above app should work for what you want
