Benq drive for Xbox 360 help

im going to buy a benq drive for my xbox 360 will i beable to flash it i have a nforce 4 chipset ?

you have to open the xbox and connect it to your computer, after that you have to put it in vendor mode not to sure about benq i think they are the same as liteon where you have to have the tray half open.

i allready opened the xbox and tryed to do it with a liteon drive smiling me off drive will not stay half open how do u keep it half open ?
