Backup outlook 2007 e-mails?

I need to format my machine and I need to backup my e-mails, contacts and tasts from Outlook 2007. How can I do this?
Just export your personal folders to another drive/partition (.pst format).
Open Outlook 2007, click File–>Import and Export–>Export to file–>Personal folder file. That’s it. Then just import the file after the format

I thought I couldn’t do that with 2007, just tested it and it works fine. I just copies my Outloot.pst file and imported it and it copied all the e-mails, folders and contacts
