Any experience with Dell UltraSharp U2412M

I’m looking for a new PC Monitor. I’ve looked around and found this:

Do any of you here have any experience with this monitor?
The only thing that is making me hesitate is that the stand seems really big and wide, around the base, but also in the back on the monitor, like it’s going to take up a lot of space?
Do you have any other suggestions for IPS 24″ monitors with a slim matte border around the screen in this price range, maybe some with a little smaller stand, preferably a matte one, not shiny?

That one is a little too expensive for me tho. I have 450 dollars to use on a monitor, and that one costs over 750 dollars here where I live (northern central europe)
