* I tried Windows Update but driver is not available there
* I visited HP website for Drivers, they have Audio, Touchpad, Webcam etc drivers for Windows 8 64 BIT but Dedicated GPU drivers are not available.

Manufacturers tend to have a nack of restricting the installation of dedicated GPU drivers. More often than not you have to actually download/install the lame drivers from their downloads section on their site. Shame really, because they hardly update the drivers which means you can’t take advantage of the latest tweaks to get the most out of the hardware.
On topic, have you completely uninstalled the video drivers and tried a reinstall? Use Your Uninstaller/CCleaner etc to completely get rid of them. Reboot and then reinstall the GPU drivers from HP only. AMD software is a real pain when updating the drivers or reinstalling. Installing on top of already installed drivers causes more problems than any good. Getting rid of them totally and starting fresh helps quite a bit.
