All grand theft auto games not working properly

all grand theft auto games are not working properly the camera view is really low to the ground like your looking up at the player. even when i the camera it goes back to this.
heres a screenshot of my problem.

it happens in cars etc too. ALL DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE inc directx 9.0C
Specs….
Geforce 7800 GS AGP8X
1.5gb ram
WIN XP
ASUS A7N8X-X
AMD 3200+
Please help if you help and it fixes the problem you can win a one month rs account.

okay, try changing your resolutions first. Since GTA is an old game, latest drivers might not work with it properly. I suggest that you try the game with the default drivers that came with your card. I think that should do well. (Ofc, you have not changed the camera settings in the game right?)

try it with all gtas san adreas too and its not that old and i tryed the resoultion tip and didnt help and ofc i didnt change the camera settings. i tryed the older drivers too..

i even unplug my mouse still no luck lol ? playing with a joypad by the way try taking that out too.

dont really know if nothing of this works
try pluging in some other keyboard
maybe sth is wrong with yours or maybe sth with joypad
try pluging other idk

Have you check for viruses and whatnot clean your keyboard clean your pc, and try reinstalling the game, you may have a faulty keyboard *or joypad* so check for each.
