@admins. quick help plz ………

recently my friend had some problem with his p/w and has requested for a new1 to be email, i dont know how but, he said he had requested many a times and finally landed in a situation where the latest sent p/w was not working ………….
and he has been requesting the new p/w every day and trying with what he get in the email, by copy pasting it in the p/w field.
he is suspecting that the password in wbb’s database is not updating can u plz suggest him any way out through me ? ……….
