[SOLVED] Every rar files turns out to be a simple link…

For about two days now, ever time I try to download a rapidshare file with the links provided in the various topics, it tells me it’s a rar file, but it just turns out to be like a simple link. I thought, at first, that my premium membership was due, so I went to the website, and renewed my membership. But it didn’t fix the problem.
I was using Internet Download Manager, and I thought if I were to change to FlashGet, it’d fix the problem. Nope. I tried to download files I already downloaded, but it still turns out to be a link when it was successful in the first place. Now I just don’t know what to do. I tried both downloading softwares, I tried restarting my computer three or four times, I tried closing and re-opening my browser. But nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? I’ve been using this website for all my downloads for a month now, and I never had this problem before… Can someone help me with this, please?
I think you may have to change your RS preference. Login to your account and click the OPTIONS button. Make sure DIRECT DOWNLOADS has a check mark.

What do you mean when you say that it turns into simple links? Please clarify ^_^
What I meant by simple link is that the link would be downloaded, but all I would get were 5.61kb files. It would download in seconds. And the file wouldn’t be accessible. But thanks so much for your help, , ’cause my problem is now fixed!! Thank you!!
