HELP

i formatted my p.c and cause of that i have lost lot of files such as word, powerpoint and excel stuff..da stuff which comes for the p.c
and i wanna know what i have lost..how can i find out about that..

you can use recovery software like “file scavenger”
it will search the harddrive for files that were previous on the hd

i’d forget about gettin those files back if i were you,see when data is deleted
it remains on the hd/partition free space and can be recovered later on
however it doesnt remain there forever,when new data replaces it then its gone
permenetly , what im saying is that you pretty much killed your chances of data recovery
you could probably recover some files but not all,i’d say most is lost forever
ill give you a smart tip to prevent this situation in the future
use acronis disk director suite and split your HD into 2 partitions or more
and then keep important data on those other partition/s (not the C system one)
and whenever you format,just format the C partition and you wont lose
any of your important data

if its the MS office suite, then no point recovering that. Might as well get an 07 suite here or an 03 one. Which ever suites you, it will also contain more features. i'd forget about gettin those files back
worth a try still. You use Getdataback, Recovermy files etc and see what turns up. Dont recover software just files. Software can be downloaded again
