and so, I want to buy the mobile phone signal blocker. And with this I would buy if there is (I’m not quite clever technician) device that blocks the sound recording. For example, I sit with someone at the table and I dont want to be recorded.

Why would you need a cell phone signal jammer? This sounds quite suspecious
As for the other thing , Its impossible , You might be able to sweep
for bugging devices or jam their signal , However you cannot prevent
someone from taping you with an analog or digital tape recorder

A ‘jammer’ is usually a piece of kit that intercepts and garbles radio signals at various frequencies and uses various methods like tones, beeps, waves and high frequency noise to jam signal-to-noise waves and were common in the cold war and are pretty easy to make.
Jamming mobile phones is a little more difficult and needs a larger oscillator to garble larger frequences emitted from the phones and other high frequency devices. You would need to find the operating frequency of the mobile phones you wished to signal terminate in order to successfully create a phone jammer and operating distances are relative to 10 – 100m dependant on specific aerials.
You can generally buy these on a few websites on the internet, or can be assembled at home depending on experience but they are illegal in some countries and you can easily be prosecuted for using a device like this.

yea, i know, device is for GSM 900 & 1800 (i need only for 900), 10m is enough.
Is it possible to let the compression or bassy sounds that interfere with the sound recorder. When the recording released on the PC would be noise?
