Fading Sound Issue

My headphones sound fades to nothing when it does not recieve loud enough sound. (If i lower my sound to 5%/10% to where i can barely hear anything, it will fade to nothing unless a loud sound comes into play.

yes do this to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue. Their is also possibility that it could simply be a sound driver issue, that needs updating. Let us know how things progress…

I dont have another pair as of now, I am using the pair below, and they did not come with drivers.

you check the batteries ?
