Help needed with inability to complete “Captcha”

August 7th, 2016

Help would be much appreciated. Today, for the first time ever, whenever I try and fill in a “Captcha”, the letters show up as gray, not the normal black. And no matter what the password, I keep getting the error message “Wrong Password”.
I’ve tried everything I can think of.. rebooting, using the audible Captcha, etc.
Anyone know anything about this phenomenon (and hopefully, its fix)?
Thanks so much for taking the time.

Captcha on which website ? one or all of them have the same behavior ?
Answer #2
Hi woo,
Whenever I try to get links from rapidgator through . As you likely know, not every discrete download requires a Captcha. But when they do, it’s the standard (to my limited experience) bluf and white screen/boxes. Seems to be for progressive insurance a lot, but, the “graying” happens no matter whom the sponsor is. Does this answer your question?
Thanks,
D

Hello,
So this behavior is encountered on every host not just rapidgator, try : -clearing the cache.
-try different browser
BTW these captchas are Adobe Flash ones or native HTML/JS ?

Woo,
Yes, every host…. cleared cache, tried with different browser (that I’d not opened in months)-same result
Sorry, I’m a tech infant… have no idea about adobe/html question… if there’s something I can do to learn and let you know, please advise, and I will.
