Streaming music

Hello, how can I stream music that I am currently playing on my computer for others? (I am using Winamp)
Something similar to online radios, where you just download .m3u file and you get the music.

look for those links to Getting Started guide.
Then, after you understand the process there are another servers free to broadcast but the process will be the same or similar. Well, you can broadcast from your own pc too if you have a good upload speed.
